Cincinnati, OH-Gannett Media Technologies International (GMTI) announces that they will exhibit, for the first time, Celebro AgentAdvantage, at NEXPO 2002, June 22-25, in the Orange County Convention Center, Orlando, FL. AgentAdvantage is a web-based application designed to make it more attractive, simpler and easier for real estate agents to advertise their listings in newspapers. The Tennessean, in Nashville, TN, is the first newspaper to use AgentAdvantage.
GMTI will add AgentAdvantage to its suite of products newspapers use to help them increase revenue and market share, compete more effectively, reduce costs without having to reduce staff, and eliminate make-goods. Celebro AgentAdvantage is designed specifically for the real estate agent. Agent's listings are loaded automatically into AgentAdvantage to eliminate re-keying of data. Through a web-browser, agents select the listings they want to advertise, review the ad created by AgentAdvantage, and schedule and purchase the ad. AgentAdvantage dramatically reduces the amount of work for both the newspaper and the agent.
"Celebro AgentAdvantage extends the newspapers reach into the agent community providing another reason for real estate agents to choose the newspapers as their advertising medium of choice," said Duane Hughes, Vice President/Sales and Operations at GMTI. "It offers easier and more attractive ways for the agent to have access to the newspaper rather than the newspapers competition."
In addition to AgentAdvantage, GMTI will also feature Celebro HomesPlus and Celebro AutoChooser, products designed to help newspapers generate higher incremental revenue, increase advertising lineage, reduce costs and improve advertising relationships. Dozens of newspapers and thousands of real estate companies and auto dealers across the country use GMTI's Celebro products. The web-based application service of HomesPlus was offered in early 1998, and AutoChooser was acquired from Pentawave, Inc., a year ago.
